About Us

The Ultimate Basketball Experience organization was founded by coach Trey Austin. Coach Trey is the current head coach at Penn State Fayette and was also the former head assistant at Frostburg State University.

 

“I remember my parents driving me 5 hours to a camp my senior year of high school In Dallas, TX. It was my first time attending an event of its kind. I played 3 games and played very well, and it changed the trajectory of my basketball career. I got the ultimate basketball experience that day. I played against high level athletes, gained film, and my name was put on the map as one of the best athletes at the camp. Fast forward, this led me to be able to go on to play D1 basketball.

 

Now that I am done playing and into the coaching scene, I have met some amazing coaches as well as found many hidden gem athletes while either working or attending camps. So, I decided to launch the Ultimate Basketball Experience. I want to help as many athletes as possible experience the same things I did on that day back in high school. I believe that the experiences at camp have lasting impressions on an athlete’s life as they will meet people that will be from the same area that they wouldn’t always get to play with. As well as giving them the opportunity to play in front of college coaches that want to give back. Lastly, they will get to learn from those same college coaches, just spending a day with college coaches can be an experience within itself, learning and picking their brains for information. The ultimate Basketball Experience is just that, you have one day to get an unbelievable experience that may change the trajectory of your basketball career. Come experience the experience!!”
